Meetings

Troop 12 has Patrol meetings each Wednesday evening from 1900 (7:00pm) to 2030 (8:30pm) at Shanghai Community International School's (SCIS) campus in Hong Qiao. The Wednesday following a campout we do an activity; shooting, bowling, karting or something along those lines. Come join us! We meet during the school year from September to May.

Camping

We camp rain, hail or shine in destinations all over Shanghai and neighboring provinces. To meet the camping requirements for rank advancement quickly, we camp on Friday and Saturday nights and return on Sunday afternoons. Other arrangements are made for busy schedules of indvidual scouts.
    September 25, 26 & 27 --- Chong Ming Island, Dong Ping National Forest Park.
    October 23, 24 & 25 --- Pao Tai Wan Wetlands to Dian San Hu - Hobo Cruise.
    November 20, 21 & 22 --- Shi Gong Cun on Tai Hu.
    December 9 and 10 --- Shanghai American School, Merit Badge College.
    January 15, 16 & 17 --- Yancheng Dafeng Milu Elk National Nature Reserve.
    February 26, 27 & 28 --- Ning Bo Qi Xiang Tai - Radar Mountain Weather Station
    March 19, 20 & 21 --- Meadowbrook - Annual Richard Horak Memorial Bike Hike
    April 16, 17, 18 & 19 --- Erlian/ Erenhot Inner Mongolian Wilderness - Dinosaur Hunters
    May 14, 15 & 16 --- Nan Chang Tu Beach - Gou Qi Shan - Mermaid Island.
    June --- Bull Elk Rutting Season at Yancheng Dafeng Milu Elk National Nature Reserve.
    July --- First Summer Camp in Shanghai - 30 Mile Radius Historic Trail.
    August --- NO PLAN.

Review your handbooks for signatures needed, we have covered a lot of activities over the past few weeks and you need to be recognized for your accomplishments.
Please bring Registration forms and make sure to choose the right one, whether you are a new scout, boy scout or an adult leader and return it to a Scout Leader...
